- Responsible for delivering core enterprise-wide services and products in the Next Generation Platform for Western Governors University which will transform higher education.
• Partner with architecture, project management, and engineering teams to develop enterprise backend services following Domain-Driven Design methodologies and practices
• Lead the team in delivering Event-Driven Architecture, advanced Application Configuration technology, backend libraries and SDKs, and several other cross-cutting services to support the engineering teams within the Education Technology department.
• Guide and prioritize initiatives to improve the enterprise infrastructure within the AWS Cloud solutions, including pipelines, code-coverage solutions, Github repositories, application analytics, Devops, etc.
• Plan and develop the strategy for the software product roadmap and lead quarterly planning sessions, ensuring that roadmaps have defined features and dependencies and risks are clearly articulated.
